Common defects to check for before filing

• Overbreadth — the property list runs over 25 categories including facial-recognition data and full location history; strike what your facts don't support
• Stale provider details — Meta's mailing address and guidelines have changed before and can change again
• Overbroad account identification — confirm the specific username/identifier Meta's portal will actually recognize, not just the suspect's apparent name
• Citing a specific notification-timing figure without checking it's current
